Project questions
What homeowners need to know
Italian Construction generally serves properties within approximately 30 miles of Marlborough, Massachusetts. Selected projects may be considered up to 40 miles away depending on location and scope.
Many roofing, framing, door and window projects include warranty coverage up to 10 years. Painting work typically includes up to 5 years. Final coverage is confirmed in the project agreement.
After an initial conversation, Alberto visits the property to review the work conditions and scope. A written estimate is then prepared and sent by email.
Italian Construction does not currently provide construction financing. Available payment arrangements are confirmed before the project begins.
