1. Website Use
This website provides general information about Italian Construction and allows visitors to request contact regarding construction and remodeling services. You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation or submit false, unlawful or harmful information.
2. Estimates and Project Agreements
Website content and form submissions do not create a construction contract, guarantee availability or establish final pricing. Project scope, materials, scheduling, warranty, payment terms and pricing are confirmed only in a written estimate or agreement approved by Italian Construction and the customer.
3. Offer Terms
Any advertised discount of up to 10% is available only on eligible projects. Eligibility and the final discount amount depend on project size, scope, timing and other conditions communicated by Italian Construction. Offers may be changed or withdrawn before a written agreement is signed and may not be combined unless confirmed in writing.
4. SMS Terms
By submitting a form with your telephone number and checking the consent box, you agree to receive calls and text messages from Italian Construction about your inquiry, estimate or project. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
